Order & return terms.
These terms apply when you buy from fogaway.shop. Buying means you accept them.
1. Who you are contracting with
Robolock Ltd, United Kingdom, trading as Fogaway. Contact: admin@robolock.store.
2. Prices and currency
Prices are shown in the currency for your region and include VAT where it applies. The price charged is the price recomputed on our server at the moment you pay, not a figure held in your browser. Delivery is included at no extra cost. Import duty or local tax on deliveries outside the UK is the recipient's responsibility.
3. Your order
Your order is an offer to buy. The contract forms when we confirm it by email. If something is out of stock or mispriced by an obvious error, we may decline the order and refund you in full.
4. Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe, including any Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna or Clearpay option shown at checkout. Buy now, pay later arrangements are a contract between you and that provider, on their terms. We never see or store your card details.
5. Delivery
We dispatch within one business day and send you tracking. Delivery estimates are the carrier's and are not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Full detail is on the delivery and returns page.
6. Cancellation and returns
You may return the device within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Send it back complete and in resaleable condition. A fired fog cartridge cannot be refunded. Refunds go to the original payment method once the device reaches us. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
7. Warranty
The device is covered for 2 years from delivery against manufacturing defects. The warranty excludes accidental damage, unauthorised modification, and use outside the product instructions. Cartridges are consumables.
8. Safe and lawful use
The Fogaway X1 is a property-protection device. You agree to install and use it according to the instructions supplied, and to keep it out of reach of children. Do not fire it at people, do not use it to obstruct emergency services or anyone trying to leave a building, and make sure exits stay usable. You are responsible for checking that installing and using a fog device is permitted where you are, and for telling anyone who lives or works in the space that it is installed. Fog reduces visibility, which is the point, so placement matters: use the app guidance or ask us.
9. What we do not promise
Fogaway is designed to make a space unusable to an intruder, and it is one layer of security rather than a guarantee against loss. Coverage and the time to full density depend on the size, shape and ventilation of the room. We do not promise that the device will prevent every theft, and we recommend keeping insurance in place.
10. Liability
We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded by law. Otherwise, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer elsewhere, you keep the protection of the mandatory law of your own country.
