Delivery, returns
and warranty.

Delivery

Shipping is free on every order, sent tracked with DHL or FedEx, door to door.

• Dispatch: orders are quality-checked, packed and labelled within one business day.
• Tracking: the moment your parcel is labelled we email you the carrier and tracking number.
• UK: typically 2 to 4 business days after dispatch.
• Europe: typically 3 to 7 business days after dispatch.
• Rest of the world: typically 5 to 12 business days after dispatch. Any local import duty or tax is the recipient's responsibility.

Delivery estimates are the carrier's, not a guarantee. If a parcel stalls, write to us and we will chase it with the carrier ourselves.

Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to return the Fogaway X1 for a refund, for any reason. Email admin@robolock.store with your order number and we will send return instructions.

• Send the device back complete, in a condition that lets us resell or refurbish it, ideally in its original packaging.
• A fog cartridge that has been fired cannot be refunded, for obvious reasons.
• Refunds go back to the original payment method once the device reaches us, normally within 5 business days.
• Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Warranty

The device carries a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. If it fails in normal use we repair or replace it. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, unauthorised modification, or use outside the product instructions. Fog cartridges are consumables and are not covered once used.

Cartridges and spares

Each cartridge is good for one activation. Replacements are   and can be ordered any time. If your unit has fired in a real incident, tell us: we will prioritise getting you re-armed.

Something wrong with your order?
