The problem we kept seeing
Alarms make noise. Cameras make footage. Both are useful, and neither stops someone who is already inside and knows they have two or three minutes before anyone arrives. Homeowners and shop owners told us the same thing again and again: the alarm went off, the camera recorded it, and everything was still gone.
Security fog has solved that in banks and jewellery vaults for years. It removes the one thing a burglar cannot work without, which is visibility. The catch was always the price and the installation. A professionally fitted system runs into thousands of pounds and needs an engineer.
What we built
The Fogaway X1 is that same idea, made for a normal room and a normal budget. It mounts with four screws, takes a fog cartridge, plugs into 12V and pairs with an app. No technician, no wiring, no monitoring contract. Fire it from the app, the panic button, the remote, or from an alarm system if you already have one.
When it fires, the space fills with dense, food-grade fog in about 8 seconds and stays unusable for long enough that there is nothing worth staying for. The fog is designed for occupied spaces, leaves no residue, and clears with ventilation.
