1. Who we are

Fogaway ("we", "us") is operated by Robolock Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom, and sells the Fogaway security fog system and related accessories through fogaway.shop. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products & self-installation

Fogaway is a self-installed security device. Every kit includes the Fogaway device, one fog cartridge, a wall mount with all hardware, a panic button, a remote control and access to the FogAway app. Installation is performed by you, following the quick-start guide and in-app instructions. You are responsible for mounting the device securely and positioning it appropriately for your space.

3. Intended use

Fogaway is intended solely as a security deterrent for private and commercial indoor spaces. Do not use the device in a way that endangers people or animals, blocks escape routes, or violates local laws or regulations. Check any requirements that may apply to security fog systems in your jurisdiction before use.

4. Orders & payment

Prices are shown in your local currency where available (GBP for the UK, EUR for the EU/EEA/Switzerland, USD elsewhere), based on your location at checkout, and include VAT where applicable. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Your order is confirmed once payment is completed, and you will receive an order number (FA-XXXXXX) by email.

5. No professional monitoring

Fogaway is not a monitored alarm service. Activation, arming and disarming are controlled by you through the included controls and the app. We do not dispatch responders and do not guarantee the prevention of any theft, loss or damage.

6. Warranty

The Fogaway device is covered by a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper mounting, misuse, unauthorized modification, or use of non-original cartridges.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a product or this site is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including losses caused by break-ins.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
