1. Delivery

We ship worldwide, free of charge, with door-to-door tracking. Orders are prepared within 1 business day and typically arrive within 2–5 business days, depending on destination. You will receive your order number immediately after checkout and a tracking link by email once the kit ships. You can always check your order status on the Track order page using your order number and email.

2. What arrives

Your kit contains the Fogaway device, one fog cartridge (pre-installed), the wall mount with all hardware, a panic button, a remote control and a quick-start guide. The FogAway app is a free download. No technician visit is needed — setup is a simple self-installation that takes about 20 minutes.

3. 30-day returns

If Fogaway doesn't make you feel safer, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — no questions asked. To start a return, email admin@fogaway.shop with your order number. The product should be returned complete, in its original packaging, with the unused cartridge where applicable.

4. Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe within 5–10 business days of the returned kit arriving at our facility.

5. Damaged or faulty items

If your kit arrives damaged, or the device develops a fault covered by the 2-year warranty, contact us and we will replace it at no cost — including shipping.

6. Fired cartridges

Fog cartridges that have been activated are consumables and cannot be returned. Replacement cartridges can be purchased separately.
