Fogaway (fogaway.shop) is operated by Robolock Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom, who is the data controller for the information described below.

1. What we collect

When you place an order we collect the details you provide at checkout: name, email, phone, shipping address and your order contents. Payment details are collected and processed by Stripe only — they never reach our servers.

When you browse the site we collect standard usage analytics: pages viewed, buttons clicked, approximate location (country, derived from your IP address), IP address, device and browser type, and timestamps. If you create an account or sign in with Google, we store your account email and name.

2. How we use it

• To process and deliver your order, and to let you track it.
• To provide account features such as order history.
• To understand how the site is used and improve it.
• To respond to support requests.

We do not sell your personal data.

3. Where it lives

Order and analytics data are stored on Google Firebase (Google Cloud) infrastructure. Payments are handled by Stripe. Sign-in is handled by Firebase Authentication (email or Google account).

4. Cookies & local storage

We use browser local storage for essential functions (such as remembering your visitor ID for analytics). Third parties we rely on (Stripe, Google) may set their own cookies as part of providing payments and sign-in.

5. Retention

Order records are retained as required for accounting and warranty purposes. Analytics data is retained in aggregate form. You may request deletion of your account data at any time.

6. Your rights

You can request a copy, correction or deletion of your personal data by emailing admin@fogaway.shop. We will respond within 30 days.
